If you feel we have not provided you with a positive experience, please do get in touch and we will do what we can to resolve the situation.

To log your complaint:

  1. Please email
  2. Use the subject line “COMPLAINT”
  3. Explain the situation using as much detail as possible
  4. Attach photos (if applicable)
  5. Provide us with your full name and details of your job (especially if we didn’t deal with you personally during the order process). Any of the below should help us locate the information for your job:
    • Quote number
    • Quote name
    • Invoice number
    • Approximate dates of order being processed or works installed
